BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval to submit a grant application and electronically accept the award under the Local Assistance and Tribal Consistency (LATCF) program between the U.S. Treasury, and Pinal County, through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors, beginning November 2, 2022, ending December 31, 2027, for $1,466,984. The grant may be used for infrastructure or public facilities and may be at the county's discretion. The Acceptance requires an amendment to the FY 22/23 budget to transfer reserve appropriation from Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to Fund 225 (Special Grant Fund) to increase revenue and expenditure appropriations.
