| Discussion/approval/disapproval of the general fund match for Award Agreement E-21-UC-04-0503 under the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) program between the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Office of Budget and Finance through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors. Pinal County is required to provide a match of 1:1 to the grant. Pinal County is seeking a cash match of $20,000 for a landlord incentive program. The balance of the match is collected through indirect costs and other programs that support the county's efforts to serve persons experiencing homelessness. The acceptance of the match request requires an amendment to the FY 22/23 budget to transfer reserve appropriation from Fund 10 (Contractual Services - Contingency) to Fund 223 (Community Development Block Grant) to increase revenue and expenditure appropriations.
