BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval of the FY22/23 High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) program Award No. HT-22-2945A, between the City of Tucson and the Pinal County Sheriff's Office, through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors for $18,000. This award will be used for Overtime for the Officer assigned to the HIDTA Wanted Task Force. Acceptance requires an amendment to the FY 22/23 budget to transfer reserve appropriation from Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to Fund 23 (Sheriff/Drug Smuggling) to increase revenues and expenditures in the amount of $18,000. There is no impact on the General Fund. (Mark Lamb)
