BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval of Intergovernmental Agreement 22-15 under the Proposition 202 Tribal Gaming grant between the Ak-Chin Indian Community, Pets In Need Action League, and Pinal County, through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors, beginning January 1, 2023, ending December 31, 2023, for $10,000. Pinal County will serve as the pass through fiscal agent. This grant will be used by Pets In Need Action League for a spay-neuter assistance program. (Heather Patel/Angeline Woods)
