BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval of Intergovernmental Agreement 22-14 under the Proposition 202 Tribal Gaming grant between the Ak-Chin Indian Community, Horizon Health and Wellness, and Pinal County, through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors, beginning January 1, 2023, ending December 31, 2023, for $198,000. Pinal County will serve as the pass through fiscal agent. This grant will be used by Horizon Health and Wellness for the renovation of housing for persons experiencing homelessness with mental health or substance abuse issues. (Heather Patel/Angeline Woods)
