BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval of Intergovernmental Agreement 22-12 under the Proposition 202 Tribal Gaming grant between the Ak-Chin Indian Community, Central Arizona Regional Economic Development Foundation, and Pinal County, through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors, beginning January 1, 2023, ending December 31, 2023, for $15,000. Pinal County will serve as the pass through fiscal agent. This grant will be used by Central Arizona Regional Economic Development Foundation AARP Experience Corps for a reading program.
