BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval of Intergovernmental Agreement 22-15 under the Proposition 202 Tribal Gaming grant between the Ak-Chin Indian Community, Raising Special Kids, and Pinal County, through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors, beginning January 1, 2023, ending December 31, 2023, for $50,000. Pinal County will serve as the pass through fiscal agent. This grant will be used by Raising Special Kids for navigation and coaching support for families. (Heather Patel/Angeline Woods)

As the fiscal agent, Pinal County is not permitted to retain any of the funding, rather all funds will be provided to the non-profit organization.
