 MOTION:
 
Motion: APPROVE  to direct staff to proceed with putting into process creating and mailing out to those on the early voting list within the 7 affected municipalities to send out a supplemental municipal ballot and take steps for in-person voting to provide a supplemental municipal ballot and create appropriate messaging to make this process clear, allocate any additional resources to support this process.
