BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval of Resolution No. 062722-LM approving the Development Agreement between Pinal County, City of Casa Grande, and Lucid USA, Inc., and Lease and Option to Purchase Agreement, all in substantially the same form attached, between Pinal County and Lucid USA, Inc., and authorize the County Manager to approve, execute and attach as required all necessary documents and associated attachments required to implement the Development Agreement and Lease and Option to Purchase Agreement, including but not limited to any necessary bond and escrow documentation related thereto after review and approval by counsel.
