BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval authorizing the Chairman of the Pinal County Flood Control District Board of Directors to sign the community acknowledgment section of the Conditional Letter of Map Revision (CLOMR) application for Zone AE and Zone AO floodplains which impact the Hogenes Farms development within Maricopa. The CLOMR submittal requests an adjustment to the limits of the AE Zone and AO Zone resulting from the construction of flood control structures while maintaining flow to adjacent properties. The study area is within a portion of Section 20, Township 4 South, Range 3 East, Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Pinal County, Arizona. The FEMA Effective FIRM Panels for the study area are the Pinal County Panel 0740F and 0730F, Map Numbers 04021C0740F and 04021C0730F, effective date June 16, 2014. Supervisor District #1.
