Discussion/approval/disapproval of the FY2022-2023 Pinal County Employee Compensation Plan: Across-the-Board Salary Adjustments with Discretionary Market, Performance, and Critical Recruitment and Retention Pay Adjustments. This Plan establishes guidelines for a six (6) percent across-the-board salary adjustment for all eligible employees. In addition, this Plan provides options for market driven pay grade changes and placement in range adjustments, high performer awards, and discretionary salary advancements in order to effectively respond to critical recruitment and retention challenges. These strategies and the flexibility provided through implementation of this Plan will help to acknowledge and retain the County’s valued workforce and maintain a competitive position in today’s extraordinarily tight labor market.
