| Discussion/approval/disapproval of an Award modification between the Arizona Supreme Court Administrative Office of the Courts and the Pinal County Juvenile Court Services' Diversion Consequences Program, through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors beginning July 1, 2021, ending June 30, 2022, for $198,382. The funding will be used for personnel/ere services and supplies to assist juveniles in diverting from formal court action. The request requires an amendment of $4,714 to the FY 21/22 budget to transfer reserve appropriation to Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) from Fund 136 (Juv Prob/Diversion Consequences) to increase and decrease revenue and expenditure appropriations.
