Discussion/approval/disapproval of an Award Agreement between the Arizona Supreme Court, Administrative Office of the Courts, Court Improvement COVID Supplemental Funding and the Pinal County Juvenile Court Service, through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors, beginning April 1, 2022, and ending September 30, 2022, in the amount of $28,539. The grant will be used for remote operations such as hearings, legal representation and other case activities such as family team meetings.  The Acceptance requires an amendment to the FY 21/22 budget to transfer reserve appropriation from Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to Fund 149 (Juv Prob/Court Improvement Proj) to increase revenue and expenditures appropriations.  There is no impact on the General Fund.
