Discussion/approval/disapproval of the Special Event License application of Kimberly Knotter for Arizona State Parks Foundation for an event to be held at the Lost Dutchman State Park, located at 6109 N. Apache Trail, Apache Junction, Arizona 85119 on Saturday, April 2, 2022, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Additionally, authorizing the Clerk of the Board to execute and submit all necessary documents to the State.
