BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussions/approval/disapproval of the request by the Honorable Rudy Lujan, Copper Corridor Justice Court Justice of the Peace, for the appointment of Thomas Freestone as a Justice of the Peace Pro Tempore. Said appointment is made by the Presiding Judge of the Superior Court. No additional budget funds are required, the funds previously budgeted for the FY 21/22 are sufficient.
