BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval for the acceptance of Federal grant funds from the Office of Local Defense Community Cooperation (OLDCC) and Pinal County Community Development through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors for a total of $495,055 which includes a non-federal match of $49,505. The award will be to pay expenditures for the Pinal County Compatible Use Implementation. Acceptance requires an amendment to the FY 21/22 budget to transfer reserve appropriation only from Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to Fund 266 (Misc Grants) to increase revenue and expenditure appropriations and to budget a transfer funds from Fund 10 (General Fund) to Fund 266 (Misc Grants) for the non-federal match.
