BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval for the approval of FY 21/22 Governor's Office of Highway Safety Law Enforcement Program Award Grant No. 2022-405d-038, between the Governor's Office of Highway Safety and Pinal County Sheriff’s Office, through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors for $60,000. This award will be used to support Personnel Services (Overtime), and Employee Related Expenses to enhance DUI/Impaired Driving. Acceptance requires an amendment to the FY 21/22 budget to transfer reserve appropriation only from Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to Fund 116 (Sheriff/Traffic Safety) to increase revenue and expenditure appropriations.
