BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval for the approval of FY 21/22 Governor's Office of Highway Safety Law Enforcement Program Award Grant No. DUIAC-E-154, between the Governor's Office of Highway Safety and Pinal County Sheriff’s Office, through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors for $40,000. This award will be used to support Personnel Services Overtime (OT) and Employee Related Services (EREs) to support DUI Training. Acceptance requires an amendment to the FY 21/22 budget to transfer reserve appropriation only from Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to Fund 116 (Sheriff/Traffic Safety) to increase revenue and expenditure appropriations.
