BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval of the Subrecipient Agreement Operations Stonegarden Grant Program Equipment Award (No. 19-AZDOHS-OPSG-190425-01) between Pinal County Sheriff's Office and Arizona Department of Homeland Security, the original term of the agreement effective on March 18, 2020, to March 31, 2021. The approval accepts Amendment #2 to extend the term of the agreement to March 31, 2022. This does not require a fiscal year budget amendment as the budget was approved in the FY 21/22 Final Budget.
