BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval of accepting the FY21-23 VOCA Award. These funds will be to award Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) Assistance funds to the subrecipient to provide services to victims of crime. The acceptance requires an amendment to the FY20/21 budget to transfer reserve appropriation only from Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to increase revenue and expenditure appropriation.
