BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval to align the FY19/20 award received for the Coronavirus Emergency Supplemental Funding Program Award #ACESF-21-043 between the Arizona Criminal Justice Commission and the Pinal County Attorney’s Office, through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors for the FY 20/21 budget. The funds will be used for equipment and supplies. The acceptance requires an amendment to the FY20/21 budget for $49,441. A transfer of reserve appropriation only from Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to Fund 268 (Co Atty Misc Grants) to increase revenue and expenditure appropriations.
