| Discussion/approval/disapproval of the 2020 HAVA Election Security Grant award agreement between the State of Arizona acting through the Secretary of State, and the Pinal County Elections Department and the Pinal County Recorder's Office, through the Pinal County Board of Supervisor for $297,036.37. The award will be used for equipment and operations. Acceptance requires an amendment to the FY20/21 budget to transfer reserve appropriation from Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to Fund 272 (EL/HAVA Block Grant) to increase revenue and expenditure appropriations.
