BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:

Public Hearing and discussion/approval/disapproval of the FY2019 Annual Action Plan amendment #2 proposing additional projects for the use of CDBG funds. Pinal County has available $248,302.76 in CDBG funding to reallocate to eligible projects. Pinal County is seeking public comments and approval of the proposed plan amendments: 1)Expanding the Florence waterline project to an additional Census Tract adding $68,791.76, and 2) Completing design and engineering in Colonial del Sol for the installation of sewer lines for $179,511.
