BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval for the approval of FY 20/21 DEA State and Local Task Force Program award between the U.S. Department of Justice and Pinal County Sheriff's Office through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors for $19,180. The award will be for the reimbursement of overtime for one officer in the amount of $19,180. Acceptance requires an amendment to the FY 20/21 budget to transfer reserve appropriation only from Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to Fund 203 (Sheriff’s Grants) to increase revenue and expenditure appropriations.
