| BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION: |
| Discussion/approval/disapproval for the Coronavirus Emergency Supplemental Funding Program Award (#ACESF-21-043) between the Arizona Criminal Justice Commission and the Pinal County Attorneys Office, through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors in the amount of $140,720. The funds will be used for equipment and supplies. The acceptance requires an amendment to the FY 19/20 budget to transfer reserve appropriation only from Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to Fund 268 (Co Atty Misc Grants) to increase revenue and expenditure appropriations. | BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FISCAL CONSIDERATIONS AND/OR EXPECTED FISCAL IMPACT OF THIS AGENDA ITEM: |
| The Arizona Coronavirus Emergency Supplemental Funding Program (ACESF) award fund is in the amount of $140,720 that will be spent for computer equipment and software/hardware. The grant award ACESF-21-043 does not require a match fund to be met by the Pinal County Attorney’s Office. |
| BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE EXPECTED PERFORMANCE IMPACT OF THIS AGENDA ITEM: |
| The grant funds will be utilized to improve social distancing guidelines in limited office space, and using software/hardware to conduct Grand Jury presentations. |
