Discussion/approval/disapproval of a Purchase Agreement in the amount of $180,000 for 40 acres of real property owned by Gerald D. Cross and Frankie G. Cross and escrow fees are estimated at $2,529 with a total purchase of $182,529.  This property is located within Section 26, T8S, R8E, and will be used as a material pit for Pinal County Public Works.
